Our Story
We built DesignMinds with one purpose: to connect Interior Designers to the markets, projects, and employers where they are most needed.
As we grew, and we added Architect and Design Firms and Design Build Firms as customers, we saw the need to connect Architects, Engineers, BIM Modelers, REVIT experts and a host of other creative talent associated with the Commercial Construction process. As we continue to grow and evolve, our focus will remain on connecting great talent to great career opportunities in the ever-changing world of Commercial Construction.

Utilizing a national search engine, we pair our extensive network of Dealers, Manufacturers, and Architect and Design firms with our expansive network of industry contacts and Interior Designers. We continuously seek out the best talent while offering industry-leading service and technology.
Our Founder
Mike Kull, a seasoned professional and visionary leader, serves as the CEO of DesignMinds, a prominent staffing and recruiting agency for creative talent.
With a wealth of experience in the industry, Mike has consistently demonstrated a commitment to matching top-tier talent with leading companies, contributing to the agency's reputation for excellence. Under his strategic guidance, the agency thrives in delivering innovative staffing solutions, solidifying Mike's position as a driving force in the realm of workforce management.
